Received Another International Recognition
Awarded VB100 For The Eighth Time
(December 3, 2009 – Hong Kong) Kingsoft Corporation
Limited (“Kingsoft” or the “Company”; SEHK stock code:
03888), China’s leading entertainment and applications software
developer, distributor and service provider, based on market
share, today announced that, Kingsoft Internet Security, the
Company’s anti-virus software, has won another international
recognition following to the recent pass of the internationally
authorized AV-comparatives testing. Kingsoft Internet Security
2010 has just passed a testing conducted by Virus Bulletin,
an international authority in anti-virus software testing, and
thus has been awarded VB100 certificate. It is the eighth time
that Kingsoft has been awarded this certificate, which is a
strong proof of its outstanding anti-virus capability and edge
in the highly competitive anti-virus software market in China.
VB100 tests have been introduced and conducted by Virus Bulletin
in the UK and regarded the benchmark and authority of anti-virus
product testing.
